1. Product Catalog & Model Availability

All product representations in the CSF 501–547 series are subject to stock availability and manufacturing schedules. Chamunda Steel Furniture reserves the right to make minor design refinements to enhance structural integrity without prior notice.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Price quotations issued via email or written quotation sheets remain valid for the period specified on the quotation document. All commercial taxes, freight charges, and installation costs are quoted separately unless explicitly stated.

3. Custom Specifications

For custom pillar heights, wood stain matching, or modified stainless steel cap fittings, client approval of technical specifications is required prior to production commencement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Chamunda Steel Furniture is not liable for structural failures resulting from improper third-party installation, unapproved modifications, or usage exceeding recommended load parameters.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes or claims relating to products manufactured by Chamunda Steel Furniture are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
